How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders will be ship through courier.

Shipping is free for all orders above SGD 60 within Singapore but not available for P.O. Box addresses.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Do you ship to other countries?

Currently our website is enabled to ship within Singapore only.

Will the product(s) that I order run out of stock?

As we sell our items in various sales channels, there will be likelihood that we are unable to supply the item or will take slightly longer to receive. In the event of an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and informed which item is out of stock. At this juncture, we would always offer you the option to wait, revise or cancel your order with provisions of a full immediate refund.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, we will refund the full amount paid.
